Buenos Aires – Campana, September 2023.- As part of its business expansion strategy, GDN Argentina (parent company of Hiper ChangoMâs, ChangoMâs, MâsOnline and Punto Mayorista), together with the General Directorate of Production and Employment of the Municipality of Campana, began a collaborative and territorial process in the search for talents interested in joining the project that the retail chain intends to open soon in the city. To optimise and support the recruitment process of candidates, a series of job training sessions have been jointly developed to improve the employability of those interested in joining the new commercial bet in the different positions offered. In that sense, last Thursday September 7th, a GDN Argentina team specialised in talent management conducted several training sessions for those interested in joining the new proposal that is about to be launched. The Campana Municipal Training Centre was the scenario that received more than 110 Campana residents, who were able to use the different tools to improve their CV design and enhance their skills with a view to the selection process that will take place in the coming months. “Hand in hand with the Directorate of Employment of the Municipality of Campana we seek to facilitate access and generate equal conditions for all applicants to any of the positions to be filled in our future store in the district”, pointed out Juan Pablo Quiroga, Institutional Relations, Community and Sustainable Development director of GDN Argentina. Once this stage has been completed, GDN Argentina plans to start massive interviews in October to fill the necessary positions that allow forming a professional work team where ethics, values and responsibility will be the cornerstones to carry out the grand opening of the commercial proposal that will land in Campana.
